User Agreement
This agreement describes the practical rules for interacting with Petinya features, submitting information, and using site content responsibly.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for decisions you make for an animal in your care and for obtaining qualified veterinary, behavior, training, grooming, or legal support when appropriate. Online information cannot account for the full history, health, environment, and risk factors of an individual pet.
Submissions and communications
If submission features are available, you agree to provide content you have the right to share and not to submit unlawful, threatening, misleading, infringing, private, or harmful material. Do not submit emergency requests; contact an appropriate local professional or emergency service.
Community and moderation
Petinya may decline, remove, or restrict submissions that create safety, privacy, legal, spam, or policy concerns. Publication is not guaranteed, and removal does not imply that every submission is actively monitored.
Automated and AI-assisted work
Petinya may use software and AI-assisted tools for research organization, drafting support, quality checks, or production. Editorial responsibility remains with Petinya. Automation is not presented as professional veterinary review.
Advertising and affiliate disclosure
Petinya may display advertising, including Google advertising, to support publication. If affiliate links or sponsored content are introduced, they will be disclosed where they appear and will not change our obligation to distinguish editorial guidance from commercial material.
Account and feature changes
The current site does not require a reader account. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. Additional terms will be presented before any feature that materially changes reader obligations.
